Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do not offer refunds for partially used periods or accidental renewals, unless required by law.

Troubleshooting

Q: I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
A: First, double-check your email and password. If the issue persists, use the Forgot Password link or contact us at vidinsgc@spineapple.ca.

Q: I changed devices and now I'm logged out. Why?
A: This can happen if you've exceeded the number of allowed devices for your plan. Try logging out of one device before signing into another.
